Payments

We accept payments through the following ways checks, money orders, credit cards, and paypal. Animals will not be shipped until they are payed in full. In some cases we will work with you on a payment plan if needed. All deposits are non refundable unless we can no longer provide the animal on hold. Checks and money orders will be accepted but need to be sent next day mail and will need to clear for 7-10 days before we will ship the animal. Credit cards will be accepted through paypal as will any form of paypal payments. 

Shipping

We ship of reptiles Monday through Wednesday with either fedex or ups. Shipping costs will be the responcebility of the buyer unless otherwise stated, that cost is a flat fee of $50. We only use next day air by 10:30 or early am delivery and unless you live in a very rural area should be there by the time indicated. This is done to insure the animal is in the shipping box for a very short time. We use insulated boxes no matter what season it is and use the approprite hot or cold pack depending on the weather conditions. We will only ship and guarentee live arrival with temperatures being between 45 to 85 degrees. We reserve the right to delay shipping your animals due to extreme weather conditions. 

 International Shipping

When we ship animals overseas to the Hamm show, we guarantee live arrival to our exporter only. My exporter and I do everything possible to ensure live arrival, but I can not give a guarantee. The journey over to the show is long and stressful. Shipping cost vary from show to show and also depends on the animal and its size. Shipping rates will be discussed during the ordering process. It will be your responsibility to pick up the animal as soon as possible from the exporter. I will inform you of all the necessary info from whom and where to pick the animals up.  

100% Live Arrival Guarantee 

I offer a live arrival guarentee when temps are between 45 to 85 degrees and when someone is home to accept the package at the first attempt of delivery. We are not responsible for carrier delays or errors. If the animal happens to be injured or dead on arrival you must notify us within 1 hours of receiving the animals. Do not discard the animal as we will have directions for you and possiblely want the animal back. We will do our best to provide you a replacement animal or credit toward another animal.
